Meet Megan: SoSafe's Senior User Experience Researcher

👋 Hi all! I'm Megan, SoSafe's Senior User Experience Researcher. Based in Berlin, I've been a part of the product and design team for a year. My main responsibility is to bring the user's voice into our early concepts and ideas, collaborating with our product designers to ensure our product is not only useful but also easy to use (and I know we still have some work to do there!). I'm always eager to connect with friendly faces who might want a sneak peek at new features we're developing in return for feedback, or who have ideas to share about our product. Coming from a logistics and finance background, it's been a breath of fresh air meeting so many of you at our events who are tackling dangerous security problems for your companies.
