I have been working in the IT industry for 25 years. Twenty of those years were spent as a system administrator and six as an IT security coordinator. During this time, I learned two things: there is no such thing as 100 percent security, and user behavior accounts for at least 50 percent of IT security.
For this reason, I am particularly interested in how to keep users' attention on the topic of IT security without boring them or causing them to become desensitized.
