Melissa G. The first year, everybody started with full enthusiasm. The second year, the start was really slow, but after some motivation, we are pulling ahead now. For the phishing campaign, we see that newer employees, especially the older ones, have a higher click rate. It is essential that they receive full support in their onboarding program. We ask them what they need to recognize the phishing emails. We also look at the date and time of the clicks. For one employee, we noticed that the clicks occurred early in the morning on Mondays. We recommended this employee wait until later in the morning, so they have time to double-check these kinds of emails. Simple adjustments, happy employees.
