Hi all, We have done a usability research under our employees. I wanted to share the questions with you, so you can use it. We have used specific questions to avoid negative feedback, what is obvious for people. It is very easy to dump a big pile of negative feedback, but the primary feedback you need as an organization is how you to improve. The outcome is very interesting and we have gotten some positive feedback where we can improve on. The questions are in Dutch, but easy to translate. For the questionary we used SurveyMonkey.
Hi Robert K., Thank you so much for sharing - this is super valuable! ๐
the primary feedback you need as an organization is how you to improve
absolutely ๐ฏ Iโd be curious to learn a bit more about your process:
When did you roll out the survey?
What was the participation rate like?
Were there any surprising insights for you?
I think this could be really interesting for others in the community as well. ๐ Lars S., Markus P., Lea K. - have you rolled out something similar before? Would love to hear about your experience. ๐ก
Melissa G. Here are te answers on your questions:
We did it after (almost) 2 years of participation. We have given the employees 6 weeks time to respond.
We now have a 50% participation rate, the employees can respond till the end of this month.
I'm very suprised how positive everybody is about the training. The only improvement we can make is to allign the content more specific to the needs of the users. This can be based on the jobprofile or experience. Also the feedback how we can improve is very creative.
I have and will share the detailed outcome with Thijmen K.. Or send me an e-mail. This is for SoSafe-employees only, because of the DPA.
Thanks for link Melissa G.. Definitely and interesting idea. We haven't done anything like this in the past, but we will definitely consider this for the future :)
