Introducing Community Networking: a series of peer-to-peer networking sessions designed to bring you together with other security professionals around the topics that matter most right now.
Whether you’re navigating pressure from the board, trying to turn security awareness into real behaviour change, or figuring out what AI means for your people and your security strategy - this is your chance to bring your own experiences, challenges and questions to the table and learn from peers who are tackling similar ones.

Security Leadership Exchange: How do you get security on the business agenda? 💼
How do you secure budget, gain executive buy-in and make security a priority beyond the security team? Connect with fellow security leaders to compare approaches to the leadership challenges you face every day. Bring one challenge you're currently navigating – whether it's budget pressure, board communication, competing priorities or stakeholder alignment – and exchange experiences with peers who may be tackling the same issue differently. Leave with new perspectives, practical approaches and connections to people facing similar challenges. Time Slot: 14:15–15:00
Security Culture Exchange: What actually changes behaviour? 🌱
What gets people to engage with security and what doesn’t? Meet peers to exchange real-world approaches to building a security culture that goes beyond training completion and compliance. Bring one initiative, experiment or lesson from your own organisation — successful or not — and compare experiences around engagement, reporting, behaviour change and measurable impact. Leave with practical ideas you can test in your own organisation and connections to peers working on the same challenge. Time Slot: 15:15–16:00
AI & Human Risk Exchange: How are you preparing your people for the AI era? 🤖
AI is changing both how employees work and how attackers target them. How are other organisations responding? Connect with peers to compare experiences around employee AI use, shadow AI, governance, AI-powered social engineering and the changing role of the human layer. Bring one AI-related challenge you’re currently trying to solve and exchange approaches, open questions and early learnings with others. Leave with a better unde-rstanding of how peers are responding to emerging risks — and new connections to continue the conversation with. Time Slot: 16:15–17:00
