Highlights from HuFiCon 2025: Key Takeaways and Insights
Thanks SoSafe for a great HuFiCon 2025: I am still processing all that I took away but here are some of my highlights:
It is not new but us attendees sharing our stories, how we may have been hit or just avoided it and what we may have learned is a biggy. It remains still a difficult topic as reputation may be on the line and the big one on shame and blame but it is so important. > I always imagine Hackers being really closely aligned and laughing at us for not doing the same.
Awareness topics and what to report on - it was interesting to me that apart from some general Awareness KPIs on Click rates, training attendance and so on, some SIEM Reporting was shared
Sharing Policies for feedback - Phew. I have shared this with our Rule Managers, lets see if our people would be ready for constructive feedback that we can make use of without drowning in work.
How the brain works when it comes to stress, very interesting and some practical tipps on what we can do to prevent this as Leaders.
Florence Gaub on how likely the war is: Very good presentation and I loved it as it feels when looking at the human element it makes complete sense not to remain in strong boundaries of what defines Cybersecurity.
We are looking foward to use SoSafe Manager in a more in-depth way for our Human Risk Management, than we have done so far. I am still keen to make better use of the reporting. 03_best-practices
