Hi Community, I am currently planning to roll out additional measures to improve the reporting rate among my colleagues. One idea is a “wall of fame”, recognizing the department with the highest reporting rate as our Security Champions. Probably on a quarterly base. Do you have any best practices or experiences (positive or negative) with this approach? It is not ground breaking but imho a good starting point. I am also planning some goodies/merchandise for the best department. I would appreciate hearing your feedback or opinions. 🙂
Hi Lars 👋 thank you for your post! This sounds like a great project! (Personally speaking, I’m a sucker for any kind of gamification or reward system 😄) I’m tagging a few members from the network: Lea K., Kim H., Monika G., Jonathan N. Do you have a similar approach in your company? Or any ideas, food for thought for Lars? 💡 Lars S. are you planning to showcase the champions on a physical "Wall of Fame", a virtual one, or maybe a mix? I’d love to hear how you envision it! 🌟
Melissa G. It will be displayed on a digital screen in our cafeteria or entrance area. The official announcement and recognication will take place in person during an (quaterly) infomation event. 🙂
Really great initiative, Lars S.! 👏 I’m definitely curious to hear from others in the community about similar approaches, learnings or process insights. Roald R., Markus P., Ioana N. feel free to chime in and share from your experience. 💡 And Lars S., if you haven’t already, feel free to register for our upcoming Hackproof Hangout. 🪑You can save your seat using this Google-Form. We’ll definitely make some time to highlight your post and maybe gather a few more insights from the members. 🙌
such a solution wouldn´t work for us, as we have many colleagues here having no computer-account at all therefore also not participating in SoSafe, so these informations would only bother about 40% of the employees and awarding something this part would not be fair in my eyes. But in a company with a more homogenous level of computer-enabled workers this definitely makes sense.
